Went to the Co-op and we found Muffin Tops!! SAY WHAT?! Just like the Seinfeld Episode with the store that sells just muffin tops because no one likes the bottom! Well its for real! We bought Rise and Shine Muffin Tops and they are pretty good! Pretty great news thought I would share so wonderful!

So I started running again... I do like running, if I have music to distract me from running... Here is the story...This is going on year three... which is good... I've done a 5K mothers day run for the past two years and every year around March... April I remember I need to be able to run 5K in May... so I start to run again but every year I pretty much stop after I run the 5K! I really should keep it up... its a great way to burn some energy and its cheap... I could for-go the gym membership in the summer... if I stuck to running regularly... but I guess I get board easily and like to switch things up... For instance tonight Jess and I are heading to an Aqua Fit class... see how that goes! I will keep you posted... I've never done one before... but I do enjoy swimming... and I've heard its great work out with the water resistance and such... so I am looking forward too it.
