Aqua Fit

AQUA FIT KICKED MY BUTT!
My body hurts... it was a great work out! We put on these blue waist floaty things and then grabbed two dumbbells made out of Styrofoam material and then headed into the deep end... We started running in the water shooting our legs fast right beneath us toes pointed and aiming for the other side of the pool and also pumping our arms underwater with these dumbbells... bah my arms are not strong and sure felt the water resistance! So we warmed up for a bit, and did a variations of cardio type things and then more target movements on the legs and arms and also a ab section. We did some dog paddling to the other side with no legs... that was fun! All in all it was a great change and we are going to head back on Monday, and we hear the instructor on Monday is like a Drill Sargent! Woohooo.
