... with a lot of help from the Cupcake Queen Sarah. These would not look as pretty as they do or taste as good as they do with out all ST's help and expert advise! What I learned... and already new... I'm a messy baker... that's the truth, and I need to learn how to scrape a bowl down without getting batter all over the spatula!

since I just got laid off today...
HAPPY VALENTINES DAY...
it was bound to happen some day with the price of natural gas... so I'm looking at it as an opportunity for change... something I've been talking about so off we go... clearly I was hoping I'd have it figure out before I was unemployed...
but hey you can't always get what you want!

Sarah iced this one, beautiful! ... I also have to work on my piping pressure... it is an art and just a bit harder than you think to get the perfect dollop of icing on your cute little cupcake!
