Well here is a picture of the Pecan Coconut Shortbread Squares I made Monday night! They tuned out pretty good. I do think I needed to keep the shortbread crust in the oven a bit longer... they were on the more crumbly side then I wanted... but were very yummy!
The recipe is from The Complete Magnolia Bakery Cookbook. My new cookbook that I love so much and have decided that I am going to bake every recipe in that book! I will try and blog about it but I am just no good at taking pictures during the baking process... if you noticed or know I can be a very messy baker... so my camera could become covered in butter quite quickly or I could even drop it in some egg whites without even knowing it... a bit on the clumsy side! 
Here are the Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chip Cookies that I made last night! They are quite yummy and I got to try out my new cookie cooling rack! I didn't mix the oatmeal enough because I had some left over crumbs... but it all worked out!

No baking for tonight I'm going to hit up a target toning class... but I have a few recipes I've pre-bought ingredients for that I know I want to bake!
