Alas... when you live in Canada you must remember that if it hasn't snowed in November yet it will dump a huge amount the night before you are to have a fun weekend in another city! Soooo it may be sunny and clear the next morning... but that doesn't mean you can drive on the highway with out getting in an accident... We didn't get in an accident... which is great!.... we just had to turn around and come home because the roads were horrible and a sheet of black icy... so instead we spent the weekend in Medicine Hat and spent money we didn't have to make our selves feel a bit better for the fun times we were missing...
We did set up the Christmas decorations and tree!! and had a great weekend just hanging out the two of us. Clearly not the end of the world by any means!
